All of the condominiums at Sunday River are slopeside with direct access to the trail network. All units feature full kitchen, bath, cable tv with VCR and telephone. Bedding indicated can vary considerably which makes it important to provide detail rooming lists so that every effort can be made to accommodate a groups specific needs. Specific bedding cannot be guaranteed.
Brookside condominiums - is comprised of two buildings. One offers 2 bedroom units and the second building has a combination of 1 bedroom units and studios. 2 bedroom units have fireplaces while 1 bedroom and studios do not. The complex is located adjacent to the Roadrunner Trail, just uphill from the White Cap Base Lodge. Amenities: Heated outdoor pool, sauna, hot tub, club room and laundry facilities.

South Ridge Townhouses - 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units located across the road from the South Ridge Area. Most are adjacent to the Ridge Run Trail and are equipped with wood burning fireplaces. Amenities: South Ridge townhouse guests have use of the Brookside condominium recreational facilities which include: Heated outdoor pool, sauna, hot tub, club room and laundry facilities.

North Peak condominiums - is located at the base of the Perfect Turn Express. Three separate buildings house 2 bedroom units with individual gas fireplaces. Amenities: Heated outdoor pool, laundry facilities.

Snow Cap Ski Dormitory - The only on-mountain group facility of its kind in New England! The dormitory features four wings, each with lodging for 48 - 43 students, 4 chaperones and 1 bus driver. Each wing offers five 8-person rooms with two baths; two 4 person rooms with single bath; and a bus driver unit with its own bed and bath. Linens and towels are provided, and features include ski locker room, coin-op laundry facility, cafeteria and a recreation room with pool table, ping-pong table, video games and vending machines.
